Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy complements our Privacy Policy and describes the cookies and similar technologies used on borgotaurino.it.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device and that are sent back to the website on subsequent visits. Their use is governed by the Italian Data Protection Authority's Guidelines of 10 June 2021.
2. Categories of cookies used
Necessary (always active)
Essential for the website to function — do not require consent.
- cc_cookie — vanilla-cookieconsent: stores your cookie preferences (6 months).
- cf_clearance, __cf_bm — Cloudflare: security, bot mitigation, Turnstile (session / 30 min).
Analytics (opt-in)
Loaded only after explicit consent in the cookie banner. Google Consent Mode v2 is active in "denied" state until consent.
- _ga, _ga_*, _gid, _gat — Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager. Purpose: anonymous traffic measurement and aggregated behaviour analysis. IP pseudonymized. Retention: up to 2 years (_ga), 24 hours (_gid).
Marketing (opt-in, currently inactive)
No marketing cookies are currently set. The category is prepared in the consent panel so that Meta Pixel or Google Ads pixels can be activated in the future. If activated, this page will be updated and consent will be requested again.
3. Managing and withdrawing consent
You can change your choices at any time by clicking "Manage cookie preferences" in the footer. Disabling a category also automatically deletes the related cookies from your browser.
You may also block or delete cookies through your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.). Some site features may not work without necessary cookies.
4. Extra-EEA transfers
Google Analytics may involve transfers of pseudonymized data to the United States. These transfers are carried out under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Your rights and contact
To exercise your rights under Art. 15-22 GDPR write to info@borgotaurino.it. See also our Privacy Policy.
